Food On Foot

“To properly experience a culture one must  experience their cuisine.”

Our Food on Foot Dublin Tour will bring you on a delicious journey through one of the worlds friendliest cities embracing the city’s history and local cuisine.

This tour concentrates on street eats enjoyed every day by locals. A good quality authentic experience, you will eat just like Dubliners do.

It’s not a fussy fine dining experience – We don’t try lobster and champagne, we discover the best fun street food the city has to offer! We’re all about cool, fun street eats, experiencing what the locals do.

Come along hungry, as we will be stopping off for five delicious street eats along the way. At least one of our stops will be a dessert stop.

Have a Question ?

The tour will last 3 hours. What makes our tour different to most food tours is that you purchase your own food. Although we make recommendations, you get to enjoy what you like, not just what somebody gives you. Because you choose your own food, this tour is suitable for all dietary requirements. Lastly, all our stops are surprise stops which we think is a big part of the fun. Most people spent about €20 on food on this tour.

The public Tour runs Thursdays-Mondays. The Food on Foot Tour will take place between 11am – 2pm. Please see meeting point section for further information.

Please note: Food on Foot tours run 7 days a week in June, July and August

€25 for Tour Ticket.

The cost of food is not included. Most people spent about €20 on food on the tour.

The reason food is not included is because:

1. It makes the tour affordable for everyone. You can choose how much or how little food to purchase.

2. Our aim is to limit food waste.

3. You can follow your own dietary restrictions.

This is a walking food tour. A genuine, authentic fun experience where you get to purchase your own food – most people spend about €20 on food on this tour. We like to run a relaxed, informal group where we can get to know other people as we order and eat our delicious street food.

Our groups will never have more than 25 people each, allowing us to chat and mingle as we journey, bite by bite, through Dublin City Centre. In addition to all the amazing food, we like to throw in some history and fun facts as we go along.

Each stop is a surprise location, and while we’ll make suggestions, you can order what you like and every stop will have many choices. Naturally, you’re not obliged to purchase items at any location.

Many of our stops are at smaller venues, so we will be eating both inside and outside, sometimes walking with our food, as our name suggests! Bathrooms will be available on the tour, but may not be at each venue. We will be able to let you know on the tour.

Our Food on Foot tours will take place come rain or shine!
